Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your course enrollment within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Cancellation within 7 days of enrollment date
- Course cancellation by dealerhigher
- Technical issues preventing course access that we cannot resolve
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Courses that have been completed or accessed beyond 50%
- Personalized mentoring sessions that have already occurred
- Downloaded course materials and resources
Course Transfers
In some cases, you may be able to transfer your enrollment to a different course or session. Transfer requests are subject to availability and must be approved by our team.
